About us
This website is run by IMject, a UK business.
Using IMject
IMject injectors are sold for personal use with medicine prescribed for you. Always follow your clinician's directions and the printed instructions for use, and use a new sterile syringe and needle every time.
Your order
Your order is accepted once your payment has gone through, and we'll email you a confirmation. If we can't supply something you've ordered, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know (the easiest way is Return items on the order in your account), then send the item back within 14 days. We'll refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back. Unless the item is faulty, you pay for the return postage.
For hygiene reasons, this right doesn't apply to an injector that has been unsealed and used. That doesn't affect your rights if it's faulty.
If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what you buy must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or ask us to repair or replace it after that.
Our free 1-month warranty
On top of your legal rights, if your injector breaks within one month of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Message us from the order in your account, with a photo or short video of the problem. See delivery, returns and warranty for how it works.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights about the products.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
