Who we are

This website is run by IMject, a UK business. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and what you bought.
• When you contact us: your message and anything you send with it, such as photos.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To take payment, deliver your order and send order updates (to fulfil our contract).
• To answer questions and handle returns and warranty claims (to fulfil our contract).
• To keep accounting records (a legal obligation).

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process your payment.
• Our delivery company, to get your order to you.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as UK tax rules require. Support emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

Cookies and your cart

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device so it's still there when you come back. Stripe uses its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Get in touch with us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
