Which syringes fit?
Standard 3 mL and 5 mL Luer-Lok syringes fit straight in. 1 mL and 2 mL syringes fit with the clip-in sleeves included with IMject Sport. The cradle is sized for BD syringes; most other brands with a finger flange up to 28 mm wide fit too.
Will I see the needle?
No. Once loaded, the needle sits inside the nose. It only comes out when you press fire, and one press of the retract button draws it straight back in.
How do I set the needle depth?
The nose cap sets how far the needle goes in, in 9 steps of 3 mm. The printed instructions show how to adjust it and which setting suits common syringe and needle combinations, and your clinician or pharmacist can tell you which depth suits you.
How do I use it again?
Prime it until it clicks twice, then load a new syringe. The injector is reusable. Syringes and needles are single-use, so always use a new sterile one.
Why won't the fire button press?
Check that the yellow safety pin is out and that the injector is fully primed (two clicks). For your safety, the fire button stays locked until both are done.
What about thick, oil-based medicine?
Thick liquids flow slowly through the needle. Fit the thick-medicine kit included with IMject Sport, as shown in the instructions, and keep the injector held in place until the syringe is empty.
How do I look after it?
Replace the wear parts every few months, or sooner if they look worn; IMject Sport includes a full set of spares. Don't leave it primed for days at a time. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth; don't soak it.
What is IMject made from?
Every injector is 3D printed from recycled PETG: a tough, lightweight plastic that wipes clean easily. Using recycled plastic instead of new plastic lowers the carbon footprint of every injector we make.
What does the warranty cover?
If your injector breaks within a month of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Message us from the order in your account, with a photo or short video of the problem. Warranty details
How do I contact you about an order?
Sign in, open the order and choose Contact support. Your message goes to our team with the order attached, our replies appear in your account, and we email you when there's a new one. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email and confirm it, and your orders appear in your account.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £50 (after any discount) and £5.89 on orders of £50 or less. It's shown at checkout before you pay, and we email you as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return it?
Yes, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery: open the order in your account and choose Return items. For hygiene reasons, an injector that has been unsealed and used can't be returned unless it's faulty. Delivery, returns and warranty
