Load your own 3 mL or 5 mL Luer-Lok syringe, set the needle depth once and press a single button. IMject inserts the needle and gives the full injection for you, and one more press draws the needle back inside.
The needle stays hidden inside the nose before and after the injection, and the safety pin locks the fire button until you're ready. There are no batteries to charge and no cartridges to buy.

Sized for BD Luer-Lok syringes: 3 mL barrel about 10.4 mm, 5 mL about 13.5 mm, finger flange up to 28 mm wide. Thick, oil-based medicine flows slowly: use the thick-medicine kit included with IMject Sport and hold the injector in place until the syringe is empty.
